Dynasty Baritone Bugle
This brass is no longer for sale (sold on 2008-12-01)
Price : US $76.00
Up for auction is a Dynasty II Baritone in the key of G. Serial number A3069 This Baritone has 2 valves and was used in American Drum Corps.
The last Corps to Own this Bugle was Prairie Sound Drum & Bugle Corps in Olathe, KS. They are in the process of moving to 3 valve Bugles.
Condition: This Baritone is in functional condition with both pistons and all slides working and moving freely. This Horn has standard water keys that are fully intact. This Bugle has small dents and dings throughout but it looks like there was an attempt to repair most of them. This horn would be a candidate for refinishing. If I kept it I was going to have it redone in Chrome as it last longer than Silver.
Appearance: This Bugle has a Silver Finish which is worn off on about 50% of the Horn. The Bell shows signs of repair and a couple of the braces show signs of non professional or hasty repair. The good thing is with some silver polish an some elbow grease, this Baritone can be shined up for performance and look good at 10 to 15 foot away. The shine will last longer if the player uses gloves while playing this bugle.
This Baritone does not come with a case or mouthpiece.
Since this is a longer model, a Euphonium Gig Bag would work as a case for this Horn. Regular shank Trombone/Baritone mouthpieces work with this Horn, not the large or European shank mouth pieces.
This brass is sold (sold on 2008-12-01)
