It's used and all the slides and valves are free moving and in good working condition, It comes with a Conn Hard case, the neck and 2 extensions and 2 mouth pieces. About 95% of original finish still present It sounds great. The outside of the bell measures approx. 24'' and the bell attachment measures approx. 5&7/8th''
I'm selling this for a friend, it's an BBb . I'll answer all the questions I can, I know about brass instruments pretty much. and was messing around playing this one, of course I didn't make it sound it's best, like my professional friend but he can't walk very far so parades are no longer an option so he'll just play his Tuba at the concerts.
There is some small dents in it, like you would expect from a used instrument, nothing major and not very many. the Serial number is in the 23XXX area.
I'll only ship by Gray Hound Bus to your area, sorry no international sales (US sales only) With the case it's to heavy for the USPS and UPS to handle. I know this is a pain but if you can pick it up here you'll save the shipping and handling fees. so let me know. And if your not to far away I can deliver it just for the gas money round trip. unless you live some place warm then it's just one way and you'll have me in the neighborhood for a week or so. but if your more than a tank of gas way from Detroit it'll be cheaper to send it by bus. I've shipped them before.
