Model Connstellation 36B, S/N C02754. Per Conn Loyalist, this is a 1963 year model. This horn is in excellent overall condition!! The horn appears to have never had any trauma or damage. It is straight as an arrow!

I purchased this horn a few months ago, strictly for its near pristine original vintage Connstellation case. What I got as well, was a well preserved 36B! I disassembled the horn and cleaned it. I see no corrosion or anything of the sort. It plays great!! The valve action is terrific and it has very strong compression.

There are three small dings on this horn. One just behind the bell verbage ''Connstellation'', one further back on that pipe toward the rear of the horn, and one on the lower side of the 3rd valve slide. There are some scratches on the bell pipe as though someone had habitually laid it down on that side. There are some minor lacquer issues on the inside of the bell pipe, near the front and rear of the valve case's, where someone’s fingernails might have rested while playing the horn.  I have shown these worst case lacquer issues and the 3 dings, in the photos.

There are some other very small lacquer issues and small scratches elsewhere, but overall, this is a terrific looking and playing 36B!  It is very pleasing to the eye.

In my opinion [as a trumpet player of 48 years, and owner of a pristine 38B for just as long], if one wanted to make this horn absolutely perfect, it would require only the small ding removal and re-lac
